1 teapill per 10lbs bodyweight twice daily crushed. Start at half dose and work up to full dose over a week.

Contraindicated for very weak or deficient patients. Contraindicated during pregnancy, or with hemorrhagic disorders. Use with caution in patients on anti-coagulant therapy. Contains tree nuts.
